Designing medicines with the potential to improve treatment tolerability and quality of life.

At Enliven Therapeutics, we are an experienced and collaborative team working every day with a shared vision to help people live not only longer, but live better. Our work is guided by listening to and learning from the experiences of people living with CML.

We understand that living with CML is not just about managing a diagnosis — it’s also about things like balancing treatment with your daily life and your goals for the future.

Our approach builds on what has already been learned in CML treatment, while looking for ways to improve how therapies work and how they feel to live with — whether that means working to develop medicines with fewer side effects, greater convenience, or better long-term outcomes.

Grounded in curiosity and inspired by possibility, we are committed to supporting people living with CML.

Clinical Trials

Our clinical trials are designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of investigational therapies for people living with CML with the goal of improving outcomes. Through this page, visitors can learn more about Enliven’s ongoing and planned clinical trials.

Ongoing

ELVN-001 (ENABLE)

ELVN-001 is an investigational medicine being studied for adults with chronic phase CML. It is designed to target the BCR::ABL1 protein while limiting effects on other proteins in the body. Researchers hope this may help reduce certain side effects seen with some other CML treatments. ELVN-001 is taken by mouth once daily and may be taken with or without food. ELVN-001 has not been approved for use.
